AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFoshan Boke Furniture Co., Ltd. is a China-based furniture factory established in 2013, specializing in office chairs and related office furniture. The supplier reports more than 150 employees, multiple production lines, substantial manufacturing space, annual office-chair capacity above 500,000 units, and export activity across several regions. ISO 9001:2015 certification, dedicated quality-control personnel, stated warranty coverage, assembly support, and 24-hour customer service indicate established operational and after-sales processes. However, the provided information does not sufficiently verify financial credibility, customer cases, or a robust customization capability. Some supplier statements contain inconsistent figures regarding factory area, experience, and production scale, so capacity claims should be independently validated.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a factory and limited company engaged in furniture manufacturing. Its legal name is Foshan Boke Furniture Co., Ltd., based in Foshan, Guangdong, China, with office chairs as its main product category.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it has an after-sales system, follows customer order requirements, places assembly instructions in each carton, provides assembly videos before arrival, offers a three-year product warranty and five-year parts warranty, and provides 24-hour customer service. These stated processes support a positive assessment, though execution is not independently verified.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a manufacturing workforce exceeding 150 employees, multiple production lines, manufacturing areas ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 square meters across the provided statements, and annual office-chair capacity above 500,000 units.
