Bolliya Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a sandwich panel composed of two sheets of aluminium bonded to a LDPE core or FR core, through a continuous extruding and thermal laminating process. The surface of aluminium sheet is pre-painted with PVDF or PE coating through roller coating process. Making the aluminium with a plastic based core is to lower the product cost and weight but meanwhile to enhance the product rigidity and flatness, making it a very economic and handy product to work with.
