Two optional raw materials: Bakelite(Phenolic resin) & Polyamide(PA6/PA66 Nylon). Bakelite is high temp resistant; Nylon features strong impact toughness. All inserts are solid H62 brass to avoid thread stripping.

Q:Can you customize screw length & knob diameter?

Yes. Standard sizes: M4/M5/M6/M8/M10/M12. We support OEM customization on thread size, stud length and head outer diameter based on customer drawings.

Q:What's the surface treatment for the bolt?

Standard is electro-galvanized carbon steel, excellent anti-rust performance for normal working environment; stainless steel 304 screw is available as customized option.
