It adopts multi-stage segmented spray structure to finish pre-wash, main wash and rinsing step by step, which thoroughly removes mud, oil and sundries on heavy industrial pallets.
Equipped with high-pressure spray system with adjustable water impact, it can cope with both lightly soiled logistics pallets and heavily stained pallets from food workshops.
Built-in circulating water filtration and residue separation device, which intercepts solid impurities effectively, reduces water consumption and lowers long-term operating cost.
Optional hot water sterilization module can raise water temperature steadily to kill bacteria on pallets and avoid cross-contamination in food and beverage production lines.
The conveyor system supports stepless speed regulation, allowing operators to adjust cleaning rhythm according to pallet dirtiness and daily production schedule.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen, all cleaning parameters can be preset, so the equipment runs automatically and only needs simple regular inspection.
Anti-clogging quick-release spray nozzles are adopted, which are convenient for disassembly and cleaning, preventing nozzle blockage and unstable cleaning effect during continuous work.
Optional air knife drying system can blow away residual moisture on pallet surfaces after washing, so pallets can be directly stacked and stored without extra air drying space.
