We are integrated industrial and trade enterprises; our factories are located in Yangzhou and Guangzhou. We have our own design team and our own workshop. We specialize in daily cosmetic, food, and perfume equipment, and other pressure vessels.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
All the equipment ordered from us will provide a 1-year guarantee from the delivery date. If there is any wearing part that breaks within the warranty and isn't caused by improper operation, then we would offer the new parts for free.
Q:Do you provide installation and debugging services?
A:
Yeah, we will send you the installation drawing and documents first. If you still have problems, we will arrange for our engineers to go to your place for installation guidance. But you need to pay the round-trip air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation for our engineer.
Q:What should I do if I encounter a problem with the machine?
