We offer conventional adjustable, self-aligning, and hydraulic fit-up welding rotators. Adjustable models suit workpieces with relatively consistent diameters, self-aligning models suit frequent diameter changes, and hydraulic fit-up models assist with cylindrical section alignment.

Please provide the workpiece weight, diameter range, length, material, and welding process. We can then check the required load capacity, applicable diameter, roller material, and adjustment method.

'Self-aligning' means the roller groups adapt their support angle to different workpiece diameters. It does not mean the rotation speed automatically matches the welding process. Speed is set according to the equipment configuration and welding requirements.

Our welding rotators are used to support and rotate cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, storage tanks, pressure vessels, and wind tower sections. Suitability for a specific workpiece depends on its weight, diameter, and surface requirements.

We offer polyurethane (PU) and steel roller options. The choice depends on workpiece weight, contact surface material, and surface protection requirements. The final configuration should be confirmed for the selected model and application.
