For blockage, reduce large particle impurities and control feed speed. For backfeeding, ensure the feed port is clean, start the machine with reduced material amount, and avoid feeding too much or too little.

Poor expansion can be caused by incorrect temperature/pressure or moisture content; adjust parameters or replace worn parts. Cracking is mostly due to insufficient discharge and can be improved by increasing feed speed.

Clean the mold and cavity while hot after stopping, apply oil for maintenance, regularly check seals and bearings, tighten loose parts, and lubricate transmission parts as required.

The dryer has a substantial capacity of 1800 to 2000 kilograms per batch, suitable for industrial production processes requiring low-temperature and uniform drying.
