Almost all of our boxes are custom made to our clients' specifications. Occasionally we have 'overruns' that may meet the needs of some clients.

Yes, all converting of our material into your bag is done in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Mainland China. Even the material we use is made here!

Do I need to provide a design file for customization?

Yes, generally speaking, we need you to provide AI or PDF files. High resolution(300 dpi and above) image format files are also available! If you only have a preliminary simple idea, it doesn't matter, we can help you make a Die-cut model! All we need to do is add your ideas to it.
