What is the policy for damaged or defective products?

We usually give 1% of the spare goods, and we have a specific overseas shipping carton to protect the box. Once the product received by the customer is damaged, take a picture of it and send to us for confirmation, we will replenish the products asap and mail it again.

What design files do I need to provide for customization?

Yes, generally speaking, we need you to provide AI or PDF files. High resolution(300 dpi and above) image format files are also available! If you only have a preliminary simple idea, it doesn't matter, we can help you make a Die-cut model! All we need to do is add your ideas to it.
