Yes, all converting of our material into your bag is done in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Mainland China. Even the material we use is made here!

Do I need to provide the design file to custom the paper box I need?

Yes, generally speaking, we need you to provide AI or PDF files. High resolution (300 dpi and above) image format files are also available! If you only have a preliminary simple idea, it doesn't matter, we can help you make a Die-cut model! All we need to do is add your ideas to it.
