Q:What is XR series crossed tapered roller bearing?

XR series crossed tapered roller bearing adopts 90 degree crossed layout of two row tapered rollers separated by plastic spacers. It is composed of split inner ring and integral outer ring or split outer ring and integral inner ring. A single unit bears radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and high overturning moments simultaneously. The tapered roller geometry makes its effective supporting span much larger than actual section width for outstanding rigidity.

Q:What flatness and coaxiality requirements for installation surfaces?

The coaxiality error after installation should be controlled 0.003 mm;tighten mounting bolts with torque wrench following specified torque values instead of hammer striking, which would damage raceways and tapered rollers.
