Q:What is the difference between YRT and Crossed Roller Bearings ?

YRT bearings are integrated thrust-radial combined units designed specifically for high-tilting-moment rotary table applications. They offer higher load capacity and rigidity than crossed roller bearings in compact configurations. RB-series crossed roller bearings are better suited for robotic joints and linear motion where space is extremely limited. Choose YRT when you need maximum rigidity for a rotary table; choose RB when you need the thinnest possible profile.

Q:Do I need to adjust preload after installation?

No. All our YRT bearings are factory-preloaded and pre-assembled. Simply install with the recommended tightening torque and begin operation. No field adjustment is required.

Q:Can you manufacture non-standard YRT sizes?

Yes. While we stock standard sizes from YRT50 to YRT1200, we can customize outer diameters from 126mm to 2,500mm with tailored widths, preload, seals, and materials.

Q:Do you offer sealed YRT bearings for dirty environments?

Yes. Our YRT series features contact seals on both sides, providing excellent protection against dust, chips, and coolant ingress,ideal for machining centers and harsh industrial environments.
