Featuring low friction, superior rotational accuracy and high limiting speed, the bearings can withstand heavy axial and radial loads while delivering excellent tilting rigidity.
Each unit consists of one integral outer ring, two inner rings, two sets of steel balls and cages, with a contact angle of 60 degree.
Featuring high rotational speed, low friction, superior rotary accuracy and excellent tilting rigidity, it can bear radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments simultaneously.
Complementary to the roller-type, heavy-load and low-speed YRT series, ZKLDF bearings are well suited for high-speed precision rotary tables, grinding heads and testing equipment.
Much higher limiting speed than roller-type rotary bearings.Ultra-low friction torque, minimal heat generation, low temperature rise.Ideal for long-term continuous high-speed operation.

Preloaded (fixed-spacer) models are delivered ready-to-install with no field adjustment needed.
Q:What is the maximum speed for ZKLDF bearings?
A:
With grease lubrication, limit speeds range from 440 r/min (ZKLDF650) to 2800 r/min (ZKLDF100). With oil mist lubrication, speeds can be significantly higher.
Q:Are ZKLDF bearings directly interchangeable with European brands?
A:
Yes, the dimensional standards follow international conventions (DIN/ISO). Our ZKLDF bearings share identical mounting dimensions with comparable products from major European manufacturers, allowing drop-in replacement in most applications.
Q:What seal options are available?
A:
Standard NBR (nitrile rubber) contact seals are fitted on both sides. For special environments, we offer seals for high-temperature resistance and non-contact labyrinth seals for ultra-high-speed or contamination-prone applications.
