AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryBOZI is identified as a professional technical supplier offering microfiber towels, waffle fabric, polyester fabric, and polyester bags. It provides broad customization based on samples, designs, and full or minor customization, but does not offer 3D software design, ODM, SDK, or OEM services for popular brands. Manufacturing operates through one production line, with stated microfiber towel output of 2,000,000 sets and lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season. Quality-related evidence is mixed: finished-product inspection instructions and corrective-action procedures are documented and followed, but the supplier reports no quality assurance system and does not continuously reconcile quantities by batch. The supplier has inventory capacity and valid manufacturing contracts, but no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, branches, or overseas-service countries. Evidence of innovation, certifications, financial credibility, and customer cases is insufficient.

Supplier typeThe supplier explicitly identifies itself as a professional technical supplier and operates as a limited company with 16 employees. Its stated product scope includes microfiber towels, waffle fabric, polyester fabric, and polyester bags, and it has an affiliated company.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented and followed procedures for handling customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions. However, it lacks overseas agents or branches, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, and stated overseas-service countries, which limits demonstrated overseas after-sales infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier is described as a professional technical supplier and supports multiple forms of customization, but it had no new products in the past year and does not provide ODM, SDK, or 3D software design services. These explicit limitations outweigh the general technical-supplier designation for innovation assessment.

Production capacityThe supplier operates one production line, reports microfiber towel production of 2,000,000 sets, has cutting and sewing equipment, inventory capability, valid contracts with related subcontractors, and lead times within 15 working days year-round. At the same time, it does not continuously reconcile quantities by batch, so production capability is supported but has a documented control weakness.

Customization capabilityBoth relevant slices explicitly list customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. This provides direct evidence of broad customization capability, although 3D software design is not offered.
