Q:What is F-series gear reducer?
A:
F-series is right-angle helical-bevel geared motor. It adopts two-stage or three-stage bevel-helical gear transmission, output shaft is perpendicular to motor input shaft. Mainly for heavy-duty industrial applications requiring compact right-angle installation.
Q:What power and torque can F-series reducer support?
A:
Power range: 0.12-110kW, maximum output torque up to 18000 N.m. Gear ratio covers 5-200. We can recommend exact model according to your actual speed-torque requirement.
Q:What mounting options are available?
A:
Standard types: Foot mounted, Flange mounted, Solid shaft output as standard. Hollow shaft, shrink disc, special customized shaft are optional.
Q:Can it match variable frequency / brake motor?
A:
Yes. F-series reducer supports IEC standard motor interface. It can be assembled with frequency conversion motor, brake motor, explosion-proof motor. Please advise your motor type when inquiry.
Q:What about noise and efficiency?
A:
Transmission efficiency reaches up to 94%. Precision ground gears ensure low noise and low vibration, suitable for 24-h continuous running.
