Suitable for drying tunnel kiln & firing tunnel kiln for clay/shale/coal gangue solid brick, perforated brick, hollow block. Customize thrust, stroke and track gauge according to kiln inner width, kiln car size and daily output from 30,000 to 120,000 pcs standard bricks.
Q:How many tonnage models do you have for pushing force?

Standard types:30T/50T/60T/80T; Heavy-duty customized 100T~120T for large cross-section tunnel kiln with super loaded kiln cars.
Q:Can the pusher realize fully automatic linkage with palletizing robot & transfer cart?
A:
Yes, equipped with PLC control system and travel limit switches. We reserve communication port to connect whole production line central control, auto start/stop with preceding palletizing procedure without manual operation.
Q:What's the difference between hydraulic pusher and traditional winch mechanical pusher?
A:
Hydraulic flexible pushing with adjustable speed, no impact shock to green brick stack, greatly reduce green brick breakage rate; stable thrust, low failure rate, save 2~4 workers; mechanical pusher has rigid impact and easy collapse of wet brick.
