Generally, the proper length of the fiber added into spray concrete is 10mm.

Usually, the proper amount is 0.9kg/m3. For bridge waterproof layers or tunnel spray concrete, it is 1.35-1.8kg/m3.
Q:Which type of mixer is recommended for this product?
A:
A double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is better, though a self-dropping cylinder mixer can also be used.
Q:What is the correct mixing process and time?
A:
Add stones, fibers, and sands first. Stir for 2 minutes until fibers spread, then add cement and water. Stir for 2-3 minutes after adding the fiber-mesh.
