AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummarySINOFIRST is a combined company established in 2000, with a factory in Qingdao, China, one production line, 50 quality-control staff, and 11–20 years of total R&D-engineer experience. It reports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS/OHSMS 18001 certification. The supplier provides design-based customization and OEM services for well-known brands, exports 51%–70% of sales, and has exported for nine years. Its product range covers 10 categories and more than 80 products, supported by automatic painting, welding, and assembly lines. However, it has no SDK, no new products reported in the past year, and no ODM service. After-sales infrastructure is limited: overseas warehouse, showroom, agent/branch, and offline trade-show capabilities are all reported as unavailable, although an overseas after-service center is under construction. Financial records are indicated for 2021–2023, but no financial figures or performance conclusions are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company rather than an offshore company, with a stated factory location in Qingdao, China. It was established in 2000 and operates one production line.

CertificationsSINOFIRST reports holding OHSAS/OHSMS 18001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certifications. These explicitly cover occupational health and safety, quality management, and environmental management systems.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has procedures for customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions, but no written records are maintained. It reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, or prior offline trade-show participation; an overseas after-service center is described as under construction.

Production capacityThe supplier operates one production line and employs 50 quality-control staff, with stated production quantities for aluminum work platforms, car scissor lifts, mobile scissor lifts, boom lifts, and lift tables. Automatic painting, welding, and assembly lines have been in use since 2005, and the product portfolio spans more than 80 products.

Customization capabilitySINOFIRST explicitly offers customization from customer designs and provides OEM services for well-known brands. It does not offer ODM services, so its demonstrated customization strength is design-based and OEM-oriented rather than independent product development.
