After price confirmation, you can request free samples to check quality. Samples do not include logo printing or color customization; you must pay for express charges. If you need products with logo printing, plate-making charges will apply.
Q:How long does it take to receive samples?

After paying sample charges and sending a confirmed file, samples will be ready in 3-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have one.
Q:What is the lead time for mass production?
A:
It depends on the order quantity and the season when the order is placed. Generally, delivery takes 2-4 weeks.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Payment is accepted via Western Union, Escrow, or T/T (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment). We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance.
