Product Q&A

Q:How long does it take to receive samples?

After paying sample charges and sending a confirmed file, samples will be ready in 3-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have one.

Q:What is the lead time for mass production?

It depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. Generally, the delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

Q:What are the payment terms?

Payment by Western Union, Escrow, or T/T. T/T requires a 30% deposit before production and a 70% balance before shipment. We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance.

Q:How do I start an order with you?

First, let us know your requirements or application. We will quote based on your requirements or suggestions. Then, you confirm the samples and place a deposit. Finally, we arrange production of the agreed product.
