Q:Does this silicone tape contain glue adhesive?

No. It does not use glue adhesive. It seals by bonding to itself when stretched and wrapped with overlap, which helps it stay reliable under heat and moisture.
Q:Can it stop a hose leak immediately?

It can provide a fast sealing wrap for minor leaks or emergency repair situations. For high pressure systems or critical safety lines, permanent replacement or professional repair is recommended.
Q:Will it work on wet or oily surfaces?

It can still fuse to itself in wet environments, but cleaning the surface will improve sealing and reduce slip during wrapping. For oily surfaces, wipe as clean as possible before applying.
