This machine is designed with a heavy-duty structure to support a maximum coil weight of 7 tons. It typically accommodates standard coil inner diameters of 508mm and 610mm. If your coils have different specifications, we can customize the mandrel size to fit your exact production needs.

The integrated hydraulic trolley automates the lifting and feeding process. Instead of using overhead cranes or manual labor, operators can simply place the coil on the trolley, and it will automatically lift and align the coil onto the decoiler's spindle. This significantly reduces labor intensity, shortens loading time, and enhances overall workplace safety.

Yes. Our decoiler is equipped with an advanced hydraulic braking system (and optional pneumatic clutch). This mechanism provides adjustable resistance to ensure consistent back tension throughout the uncoiling process, preventing the material from loosening or tangling and ensuring smooth feeding into your roll forming machine.

The decoiler features a semi-automatic to automatic control system. The expansion/contraction of the mandrel and the movement of the loading trolley are hydraulically driven and can be easily operated via a central control box or an optional wireless remote control. It can also be linked with your production line for synchronized operation.

Absolutely. While our standard model handles common widths (e.g., up to 1250mm), we can customize the width of the mandrel and the supporting arms according to your specific coil dimensions. It is suitable for processing various metal materials like galvanized steel, color-coated steel, and aluminum, typically ranging from 0.3mm to 3.0mm in thickness.
