AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFuan Boyuan Power Machinery Co., LTD. is a generator and alternator manufacturer based in Fuan, Asia, with five production lines and stated output of 17,500 alternators and 3,200 diesel generator sets. It offers OEM generator products and serves multiple international markets. The supplier has valid manufacturing-capacity contracts with associated subcontractors, documented procedures for service assessment, corrective actions, and complaint handling, and a stated one-month average lead time. However, it lacks inventory, overseas warehouses, overseas agents or branches, overseas showrooms, and ERP-based operational integration. The evidence indicates limited innovation and customization breadth: no new products in the past year, no ODM, and no SDK, although OEM service for popular brands is confirmed. Financial credibility and customer cases cannot be adequately assessed from the provided information.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Fuan Boyuan Power Machinery Co., LTD., headquartered in Fuan, Asia. Its listed products include diesel generators, AC alternators, container and trailer generators, and parallel control cabinets; the company description further identifies it as an OEM generator manufacturer.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written and followed procedures for service-capability assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints. It offers overseas debugging services and has a stated one-month average lead time, but lacks inventory capability, overseas warehouses, overseas agents or branches, and overseas showrooms.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reported no new products during the past year, no ODM service, and no available SDK. It also has no ERP integration for production, procurement, quality control, or logistics, indicating no explicit evidence of strong product innovation or digital-process development.

Production capacityThe supplier operates five production lines, reports output of 17,500 alternators and 3,200 diesel generator sets, and offers generator products ranging from 7KW to 2500KW. Valid manufacturing-capacity contracts exist with each associated subcontractor, supporting an established production structure.

Customization capabilityOEM capability for popular brands is explicitly confirmed, and the company describes OEM generator sets using multiple engine and alternator brands with open, silent, trailer, and containerized configurations. ODM service is not available, so customization is supported through OEM rather than ODM.
