What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). Normally 30% deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment.

How are the products packed?

Packed with steel strapping and moisture-proof film, suitable for container transportation. Reinforcement can be done as required.

Can you arrange FCL or LCL shipment?

Both FCL and LCL are available. 20GP / 40HQ containers are acceptable. LCL is supported for small-volume exports.

What if the goods are damaged or have quality issues upon receipt?

Please provide photos / videos within 3 days after receiving the goods. After verification, we will arrange free replacement or replenishment, and bear the freight.
