How long is the lead time for bulk order?

For silicone rubber, 1--2days for 1 ton, 14--15 days for 20 tons. For silicone auxiliaries, 3--7days for 1 ton, 7--10days for 2 tons.

For silicone rubber, MOQ is 500KGS. For other silicone auxiliaries, MOQ is 5KGS.

How do you ensure your quality?

For all the samples we sent to clients, we will save the same original samples in factory, include the formula. Before the bulk shipment, all products must be tested according to samples.

If there is a quality issue, what will you do?

If it is confirmed that the issue is on our side, we will immediately conduct a root cause analysis and communicate with the customer to determine if corrective actions are needed. If the customer has incurred any losses, we will provide appropriate compensation or offer a replacement/refund.
