AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trade company in the manufacturing industry and is located in Dujiangyan City. It demonstrates broad customization, ODM, and OEM capabilities, supported by five R&D engineers and a stated modular production model for samples and batch products. Quality and service processes are documented, including finished-product inspection, supplier assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint handling. The supplier holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate and other certifications. However, it reports no new products in the past year, no 3D software design service, no SDK, and no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Export experience is stated as 11 years, with 51%–70% of total sales from exports. Customer-case evidence is limited: it reports no cooperation with Fortune 500 companies but does provide OEM services for well-known brands.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding an ISO 9001:2015 certificate and other certifications. The slices do not identify the additional certifications or provide validity, scope, or issuing-body details, but ISO 9001:2015 is explicitly stated.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written procedures and followed records for handling customer complaints, as well as documented corrective and preventive action procedures. These records provide explicit evidence of a structured after-sales issue-resolution process.

Production capacityThe supplier states that its modular production model can provide samples and batch products in various shapes, specifications, and magnetic properties, with peak-season lead time of one month and off-season lead time within 15 workdays. These statements support sample and batch fulfillment capability, although the slices do not provide capacity, equipment, or direct-factory evidence.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also provides ODM and OEM services, while its modular model supports products with varied shapes, specifications, and magnetic properties.
