A concrete vibrator is a construction tool used to eliminate air bubbles and voids in freshly poured concrete. During pouring, air gets trapped in the mix, which can weaken the structure and create honeycombing on the surface. The vibrator generates high-frequency vibrations that help the concrete flow and settle evenly around rebar and into corners of the formwork, resulting in denser, stronger, and more durable concrete.

Internal (Poker) Vibrator - A vibrating head is inserted directly into the concrete. Most common for slabs, columns, and walls. External (Form) Vibrator-Clamped to the outside of formwork or molds. Used for precast concrete products. Surface Vibrator-Applied to the concrete surface (e.g., vibrating screeds). Used for flat slabs and floors. Vibrating Table -A flat vibrating platform where molds are placed. Used for producing pavers, tiles, and small precast items.

Choose electric if power is available on site; choose gasoline for remote or outdoor projects.

First oil change after initial 20 working hours. After that, replace oil every 50 hours. Drain oil while engine is warm for full discharge of waste oil.
