Q:How long is your delivery time?

Generally, it is 3-5 days if there are stocks. If there are no stocks, it is typically 5-14 days. For special requests, we can discuss together.

Q:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we are glad to offer free samples if we have stocks and the client only affords the shipping cost.

Q:What size can you make?

We can make carbon tubes with diameters from 5 mm to 600 mm, with unit lengths up to 8 m. We can make carbon plates with a max size of 3000mm*8000mm (width*length) and accept OEM.

Q:Does the client need to buy a mold?

We supply molds of 300 tons. If we have a suitable mold, clients do not need to buy one. If we do not have a suitable mold, clients need to buy it at first. When the client's quantity reaches a certain amount, the mold cost will be returned to the client.
