Q:How long can I get the customized products?

Production takes around 25-30 work days after confirming details, signing the CAD shop drawing, and receiving the deposit. Shipment is arranged after balance payment.

Q:Can we ship to your door?

Yes, we provide DDP shipping directly to your door where you only need to unload. We also offer CIF shipping to the port, requiring you to handle customs and taxes.
