Q:How long does it take to deliver the machine after the order & deposit?
A:
Usually it will take 45 working days to manufacture the machine and make it ready to deliver. At first, it will take 10 working days to make the technical drawing. Second, it will take 15 working days to manufacture the parts and make them ready to assemble. In the last 20 working days, the machine will be assembled and tuned to make sure it is ready to deliver.
Q:What do you need to make a specific offer for my product?
A:
To make a special offer we will need the dimension(s) of the package(s) you want to use on this machine. We also need the approximate production volume you need per day. If with other special request please also inform us before we make the project.
Q:Can you offer oversea service?
A:
Yes, if request. But we suggest online problem solving at first. If the problem still shows we can arrange an engineer to go to your factory personally to solve the issue.
Q:What is the warranty period for the machine?
A:
The whole machine has 12 months warranty. We have multiple after-sale services including online guiding, engineering service, installing & tuning service etc. and excluding wearable parts such as silicone plate, film, heating elements, knives etc.
Q:Is the machine suitable for packing different sizes of eggs?
A:
Yes, the equipment can be equipped with multiple sets of moulds, which is simple and convenient to replace. It is suitable for packing eggs from 40g to 100g.
