The warranty period is 24 months after BL time. It includes 12 hours technical support feedback, window fabrication support from our own factory, high quality spare parts from our machining factory, and access to our accessories warehouse at agent price.

Q:What is the delivery time?

We can deliver machines within 7 days if they are in stock. The common machine fabricating time is 7-10 days and CNC machine fabricating time is about 15-25 days. For customized products, the delivery time will be given after confirmation.

30% of the amount is required as a deposit. The balance should be paid by T/T or LC at sight before the seller delivers the machines to the loading port.
