Scb18 10kv Energy Efficient Dry Type Distribution Transformer with ODM Service

A1: This is a medium and low voltage epoxy resin cast dry type power transformer, including dry type distribution transformer and dry type step-down transformer. The mainstream voltage grade is 10kV/0.4kV, also supports 6kV, 20kV custom transformation ratio. The rated frequency is optional 50Hz / 60Hz, suitable for global power grid standards. Frequency has no high or low classification, only voltage has grade classification.

A2: The complete capacity range is 30kVA to 2500kVA. We support multiple energy efficiency grades including SCB11, SCB13, SCB14, SCB15 and SCB18. Among them, SCB11 is the highest energy loss model, and SCB18 is the lowest energy loss & most energy-saving model.

A3: It adopts three-column laminated core made of high-grade cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet. Available in copper and aluminum conductor types. Cooling methods include AN natural air cooling and AF forced air cooling. Insulation class is F/H class, protection degree optional IP00, IP20, IP30 (with outer cabinet). Standard connection groups are Dyn11 and Yyn0.

A4: Yes, full ODM customization is supported. We can customize voltage ratio, capacity, frequency, wiring group, appearance and special technical parameters. The transformer outer protective cabinet is optional and customizable to meet different outdoor and dust-proof project
