Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
Small trial orders of stock items are acceptable. The purchase quantity of customized products depends on specifications and packaging, and unit price is more favorable for large bulk orders.
Q:Can we do OEM & ODM?
A:
Yes, OEM and ODM orders are welcome. Customer logos, shipping marks and packaging designs can be produced together with your design files.
Q:What payment terms do you accept?
A:
T/T is our main payment term. We also accept L/C, Western Union and PayPal for small orders. Normally we collect 50%-70% of the total order amount as deposit, and the balance shall be settled before shipment.
Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:
Stock goods can be shipped out within 3-7 days; standard bulk orders take 7-15 working days; deep customized products take 25-30 working days. The exact schedule will be confirmed in the contract. Sample lead time: 7-10 working days after deposit received.
Q:What shipping incoterms can you offer?
A:
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP. Door-to-door DDP one-stop service is available upon request.
