The 21+1+1 ring provides 21 graduated torque clutch settings for precision screwdriving (Settings 1-21), a dedicated rotary-only drill mode (drill icon) for metal and wood drilling with full 50N.m torque and no clutch slip, and a hammer drill mode (hammer icon) that adds percussive axial impacts for efficient drilling through brick, concrete block, and hard masonry.

The 13mm (1/2") keyless chuck accepts larger shank diameters than standard 10mm (3/8") chucks. This means you can use heavy-duty auger bits, larger twist drill bits, hole saw arbors, and mixing paddles that simply will not fit in smaller chucks. Tool-free single-sleeve operation still allows bit changes in seconds.
