20V Cordless Tilevibrator Leveling Tool for Home Use

A tile vibrator is a handheld power tool that you place on a freshly laid tile. The base vibrates at high speed (15000 RPM on the CTM-20A), which helps the tile settle into the adhesive, release trapped air and level itself so it sits flat and even with the surrounding tiles. The suction cup holds the tile in place while you position it, and the built-in level beads confirm it is flat before you move on. It cuts laying time and removes the fatigue of kneeling and pressing each tile by hand.

The CTM-20A is the 20V, higher-output version: it runs at 15000 RPM (versus 10000 RPM on the 12V model) and is built for larger-format tiles up to 260cm, with a 60KG suction cup for extra holding force on big, heavy slabs. If you are mainly tiling small to medium tiles, the 12V model is lighter and cheaper. If you do a lot of large-format porcelain or slab work, the CTM-20A's higher vibration and suction make the job faster and more consistent.

The suction cup generates up to 60KG of holding force, which grips the tile so it does not slide or lift while you position and level it. On glossy porcelain, wet adhesive and large heavy slabs, a weak suction cup lets the tile drift and ruins the layout. The 60KG force keeps the tile locked to the base, so your lines stay true.

The CTM-20A is designed for large-format ceramic tiles from 30cm up to 260cm, and works on ceramic tile, porcelain, marble, plasterboard, solid wood boards and cement walls. The 5-speed variable adjustment lets you match the vibration to the tile size and the adhesive thickness - lower speed for small tiles or thin-set, higher speed for large slabs and thick plaster.
