The PS-2A sprays latex paint, oil-based paint, stain, varnish, sealant and primer on walls, wood, fences, doors, metal, ceilings and furniture. Use the 45-degree circular pattern for small areas and detail work, the 90-degree horizontal for doors and rails, and the 180-degree vertical for large flat walls. The five nozzles (1.0 to 2.2mm) cover thin primers up to thick coatings.

Match the nozzle to the paint viscosity and the finish you want. 1.0mm and 1.5mm give a fine mist for primers, stains and thin coats. 1.8mm and 2.0mm handle standard latex and oil-based paints. 2.2mm is for thick coatings. If the spray is spitting or clogging, the paint is too thick for that nozzle - dilute as needed or step up one size. All five nozzles are color-coded and included in the kit.

Run a small amount of thinner or water (depending on paint type) through the sprayer for about 30 seconds to flush the internal passages. Then unscrew the tank, pull the switch button forward and rotate to separate the spray head, and rinse all parts in water. The easy-disassembly design gets to every component in under a minute. Store with a nozzle cap on to keep dust out of the orifice.

The motor runs at 32000 RPM with an adjustable flow rate of 0 to 650 ml/min. For a typical wall or fence coat, the adjustable dial lets you dial down to reduce overspray and save paint, or dial up to speed through large flat areas. The 1200ml tank holds enough for a full wall section before refilling.
