Brushless Circular Saw 45 Degree Safety Lock Fast Construction DIY

The CC-20D cuts to a maximum depth of 45mm (1.8 inch), which covers standard lumber, 2x4s, boards, planks and framing timber with the 125mm blade. It is a compact handheld circular saw (disc saw) for straight rip and cross cuts. With the included cut-off blade it can also handle metal and masonry. For the maximum depth on thicker material you would want a larger saw - please contact us with your material and thickness and we will confirm the right blade and setup.

The standard blade is 125mm in diameter, which gives the 45mm maximum cutting depth. An alternate 100mm blade is also available for thinner work or when you need a smaller cut. Both use the same arbor. Please contact us to confirm which blades are included in your kit and the correct blade for your material (wood, metal or masonry).

The bevel (miter) function tilts the base from 0 to 45 degrees so you can make angled cuts instead of only straight 90-degree cuts. This is how you cut miters for picture frames, trim, skirting and corner joints, or make angled cross-cuts. The angle is set with the adjustment, then you make the cut as usual. The depth adjustment separately sets how deep each cut goes.

The CC-20D uses a true brushless motor. Brushless means no carbon brushes to wear out, so you get higher efficiency, more power per charge, less heat, lower maintenance and a longer service life than a brushed saw. It also runs quieter and gives more runtime, which matters on a cutting tool you use for long sessions.
