Cordless Airless Paint Sprayer Painting Speed LED Outdoor Ceiling Coats Fine

An airless sprayer (like the CPS-20A) uses the motor to push paint directly at high pressure through a small nozzle - no compressor or air supply needed. HVLP and pneumatic sprayers rely on a separate air compressor or air hose to atomize the paint. Airless is lighter, more portable, uses less paint and produces a thicker coat, making it ideal for walls, fences, doors and furniture. HVLP is better for very fine finishes like automotive clear coats.

The CPS-20A sprays latex paint, oil-based paint, stain, varnish, sealant and primer on walls, wood, fences, doors, metal, ceilings and furniture. Use the 45-degree circular nozzle for small areas and detail work, the 90-degree horizontal for doors and rails, and the 180-degree vertical for large flat walls. The 0-1000 ml/min adjustable flow handles thin primers up to thicker coatings.

Match the nozzle to the paint viscosity and the finish you want. 1.0mm and 1.5mm give a fine mist for primers, stains and thin coats. 1.8mm and 2.0mm handle thicker latex and oil-based paints. If the spray is spitting or clogging, the paint is likely too thick for that nozzle - dilute as the instructions show, or switch to a larger nozzle. All four sizes are included in the kit.

Run a small amount of thinner or water (depending on paint type) through the sprayer for about 30 seconds to flush the internal passages. Then unscrew the tank, pull the motor head off the body, and rinse all parts in water. The easy-disassembly design lets you get to every component in under a minute. Store with the nozzle cap on to prevent dust and debris from clogging the orifice.
