Tile Vibrator Large Variable Speed LED Laying Installation

A tile vibrator is a handheld power tool that you place on a freshly laid tile. The base vibrates at high speed (10000 RPM on the CTM-12A), which helps the tile settle into the adhesive, release trapped air and level itself so it sits flat and even with the surrounding tiles. You position the tile, the vibration does the pressing work, and the built-in level beads confirm it is flat before you move on. It cuts laying time and removes the fatigue of kneeling and pressing each tile by hand.

The CTM-12A is designed for large-format tiles up to 120cm (47.24 inch) and works on ceramic tile, porcelain, marble, plasterboard, solid wood boards and cement walls. The 5-speed variable adjustment lets you match the vibration to the tile size and the adhesive thickness - lower speed for small tiles or thin-set, higher speed for large slabs and thick plaster.

Both use variable-speed vibration to match the output to the job; the number refers to how many discrete levels you can select. The CTM-12A offers 5 speed levels, which covers the range needed for most residential and commercial tiling. If you need finer gradations for very specialized adhesive or tile types, a 12-speed model gives more steps - but for standard large-format tile work, 5 well-spaced speeds are sufficient and simpler to use.

The CTM-12A runs on a 12V rechargeable lithium-ion battery (2.0Ah, max 12.6V DC). A full charge takes about 4 hours with the included charger (input 100-240V AC 50-60Hz 0.8A).
