We provide many logo printing options. Conventional crafts include heat transfer printing, silk screen printing, woven and jacquard. Besides, we also offer reflective logo (only white and grey available), luminous logo (white and green are optional, white luminous delivers the best effect), fluorescent color printing, hot stamping gold and hot stamping silver. You can pick the technique according to your demands.

We provide including Polyester, Nylon, Recycled RPET and Satin. Other mainstream materials available on the market can also be customized for you.

Our printing techniques are durable. Except for man-made damage, heat transfer, woven and jacquard logos won't peel or fade under daily wear. Reflective, luminous and hot stamping crafts also maintain stable color performance for long-term use.

Do you provide free samples?

We offer free samples of heat transfer lanyards and a few existing stock samples, but customers need to cover the shipping cost. For samples other than heat transfer style, you will need to pay various relevant production fees including screen charge, machine setup charge, dyeing charge and other related costs (the tooling fees cover more than just mold cost).

What is your minimum order quantity?

Generally, the MOQ of heat transfer lanyards is 50 or 100 pieces. Strictly speaking, there is no mandatory minimum order quantity for heat transfer products. Most other crafts also have no strict MOQ limits, but the unit cost will be extremely high if the quantity is too small.

Can you match my exact Pantone color perfectly?

We produce lanyards strictly according to your provided Pantone color code, yet 100% identical color cannot be guaranteed. A color matching rate of 95% to 98% is regarded as perfect in the industry. Besides, the dyeing effect varies with different ribbon materials and different versions of Pantone color cards. We will check the color sample by ourselves before mass production if no objections are raised. If you have extremely strict color requirements, we suggest you communicate in advance.

Can I add custom metal/plastic accessories to the lanyard?

Absolutely. We offer various matching accessories like hooks, clips, buckles and safety breakaways for free combination. If you need to print logos on accessories, we will confirm craft feasibility with you in advance.

Question 11

How do you pack the lanyards to avoid damage during shipping?

Accepted Answer

We use large bulk poly bags, or separate individual OPP bags / custom packaging as you require, then pack all items into outer cartons. Cartons are reinforced with tape to prevent scratches and deformation in transit. Normally we will produce a few extra spare pieces and send them together with your order.
