You need to consider the output speed and torque requirements. If the load torque is large, it is advisable to choose a larger-sized reducer. If a low-speed output is required, select the corresponding size in combination with the gear ratio. For example, if the input speed is 1500 rpm and an output speed of approximately 34 rpm is needed, refer to the gear-ratio table to make a proper choice.

The gear ratio is calculated as the input speed divided by the output speed. For instance, if the input speed is 1000 rpm and the gear ratio is 10, then the output speed will be 100 rpm. Based on the required output speed and the motor's input speed, you can select the appropriate reducer specification from the gear-ratio table.

It is mainly affected by the gear ratio and input speed. Generally, when the input speed is constant, a larger gear ratio leads to a higher output torque. For the same gear ratio, a lower input speed results in a higher output torque. When making a selection, ensure that the actual load torque does not exceed the allowable torque.

It can be equipped with ordinary motors (code D), speed-regulating motors (code T), explosion-proof motors (code B), braking motors (code N), DC motors (code Z), and low-noise motors (code S). You can choose according to the application scenarios and working conditions.

Regularly check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil, and replace the lubricating oil as required by the user manual. During operation, pay attention to any abnormal vibrations or noises. If any are detected, stop the machine in time for inspection. Also, check whether the connecting parts are loose to ensure a stable installation.
