Q:How can I install my machine when it arrives?

We send engineers for installation and training abroad, or you can send your engineer to us. The customer covers visa, tickets, accommodation, meals, and an allowance of 80 USD per day per person.

Q:What is your guarantee or warranty period?

We offer a 2-year guarantee. Free spare parts are provided during this period for defects. Buyers can claim against the seller if goods do not meet contractual requirements.

Q:Where is your company located?
