What are the payment terms?

30% of the total contract amount is paid via T/T within 5 working days after signing. The remaining 70% must be paid via T/T 10 working days prior to shipment. We also accept L/C payment with 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.

We will send engineers to install, test, and train, but the customer covers visa, round tickets, accommodation, meals, and an allowance of 80USD per day per person. Alternatively, customers can send their engineer to our company for inspection, installation, and training, with similar costs borne by the customer.

We offer a 2-year warranty. During this period, we provide free spare parts for defects. If goods are found defective or inconsistent with contractual requirements, the buyer has the right to claim using inspection documents from statutory authorities.

Our factory is located in XiGang Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China. You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport, and we provide a pick-up service to warmly welcome your visit.
