What are the payment terms?

30% T/T deposit within 5 working days after signing the contract. The remaining 70% must be paid via T/T 10 working days prior to shipment. We also accept L/C with 30% down payment and 70% at sight.

We will send engineers to install, test, and train abroad. The customer covers visa, round-trip tickets, accommodation, meals, and an allowance of 80USD per day per person. Alternatively, customers can send their engineers to our company for inspection, installation, and training, with similar costs borne by the customer.

Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?

We offer a 2-year warranty on high-quality machines. Free spare parts are provided within this period. Defects from the manufacturer are covered, but defects caused by human error, mishandling, or wear-and-tear are not.

Q:Where is your company located and how can I visit?

Our factory is located in XiGang Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China. You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport, and we provide a warm welcome and pick-up service for visitors.
