Q:How can I install my machine when it arrives?

We send engineers to install and test the machines abroad, but the customer covers visa fees, round tickets, accommodation, meals, and an allowance of 80 USD per day per person. Alternatively, you can send your engineer to our company for inspection and training.

Q:What is your warranty or guarantee for quality?

We offer a 2-year guarantee with free spare parts. If goods are defective or inconsistent with contractual requirements during this period, the buyer has the right to claim using inspection documents from statutory authorities.
