Q:Why do you use Non-metallic Frame for Stack?
A:
First, for safety: metallic frames risk electro-corrosion and hydrogen-oxygen combination. Non-metallic frames avoid this. Second, for shipping: non-metallic stacks are 50% lighter and smaller. Third, for environment: metallic frames require nickel plating which is harmful, and our stack does not need poisonous V2O5.
Q:What is the degradation rate over time?
A:
For continuous operation, our 10 years degradation is less than 5%.
Q:How can we monitor safety data?
A:
We have H2 analyzer, O2 analyzer, O2 in H2 analyzer and dew point analyzer to monitor data. Please calibrate analyzers once three months.
Q:How to compatible electrolyzers with renewable energy?
A:
We use multiple stacks working with BOP to enlarge load range. Customized project will be based on different inquires of load.
Q:What is the hydrogen purity output?
A:
The hydrogen purity can reach up to 99.999% using our alkaline water electrolysis technology.
