For installation, there are two main options: We have detailed installation manual and will provide online installation guidance if you would like to do the installation yourself. From your side, the obligation is covering the expense for accommodation, air tickets and engineer working fee 80usd/day.

In case of hardware breakdown, there are spare part kits already sent along with the equipment, they contain all fragile parts, and our engineers will guide you to replace thebroken part. In case of software problem, there is an auto-diagnosis system. Our after sale engineer will guide you to connect your machine with internet by a PLC down loader, and our software engineer can operate or upgrade the machine remotely.
