AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryCarjiajia is a limited company with seven employees, valid import/export licensing, and a product portfolio covering BYD new-energy passenger cars, SUVs, MPVs, forklifts, spare parts, and related after-sales tools. It reports flexible customization, export sales representing 51%–70% of total sales, and three years of export activity. However, the evidence indicates limited organizational and service infrastructure: no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation; no written service procedures, approved supplier list, corrective-action mechanism, or complaint-handling records; and no new products launched in the past year. R&D resources are limited to one engineer, with no ODM, popular-brand OEM, SDK, or 3D software design capability. Financial records are referenced for 2021–2023, but no substantive financial results are provided. Customer cases and verified certifications are not documented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a limited company with seven employees and no stated parent-group affiliation. Its stated business is a one-stop supplier of BYD new-energy vehicles, forklifts, genuine spare parts, and after-sales tools, with a valid import/export license.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports holding a valid import/export license. No other certification or formal certification evidence is provided, so the assessment is limited to this licensing information.

After-Sales capabilityThe company describes professional after-sales tools and ownership support, and states lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season. However, it has no written service procedures or complaint/corrective-action records and no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or trade-show service presence.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has one R&D engineer and offers flexible customization, but launched no new products in the past year and provides no ODM, popular-brand OEM, SDK, or 3D software design services. These explicit limitations indicate weak demonstrated innovation capability.

Customization capabilityFlexible customization is explicitly reported in both the general R&D information and design-service information. This directly supports a positive assessment for customization, although the supplier does not provide 3D software design services.
