Q:Can I get some samples for testing?

Sure. A free sample of up to 1 kg can be provided; you only need to cover the courier cost, or you can arrange a courier to collect it.

Q:I want to start with a small quantity, like 3 or 5 tons. Is that possible?

No problem. Our MOQ is 1 ton, and we are glad to support your trial order. We can also load several additive series together in one container so you can test curing, release, wetting and anti-blocking at the same time.

Q:What is your common purchase procedure?

Confirm PI and sales contract. Buyer arranges advance payment (usually 50%). Seller finishes production within one week (for quantity below 100 tons). Buyer arranges balance payment. Ship the cargo and send the full set of documents (commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, MSDS / certificate of origin) for import clearance.
