Melamine Molding Compound MMC for Compression Molding Melamine Tableware and Dinnerware

Melamine Molding Compound (MMC) is a thermosetting molding material mainly based on melamine-formaldehyde resin. It is supplied in powder form and is designed for compression molding applications requiring good hardness, heat resistance, water resistance, surface finish and dimensional stability.

MMC is mainly used for manufacturing melamine tableware such as plates, bowls, cups and trays. Depending on the grade, it can also be used for electrical components, switches, sockets, insulating parts and other molded products.

We can supply different grades according to the customer's application, such as tableware and industrial/electrical applications. White and various customized colors are available. For customized colors, customers can provide a color sample or Pantone reference for color matching.
